This policy explains what data is processed on oldschoolarena.net and in the mobile game OSA — Old School Arena (the “game”), why and for how long. The data controller is the OSA development team (“we”). You can contact us at support@oldschoolarena.net.

Website

The website requires no registration and has no data entry forms. We do not set our own cookies.

The server hosting the website automatically keeps technical logs: IP address, date and time of the request, page address and browser details. Logs are used to protect against attacks and to fix errors, and are kept for a limited time.

We may use Yandex Metrica for visit statistics. It collects anonymised visit data using cookies. You can disable them in your browser settings or by following Yandex's instructions.

Game

When you sign in to the game with VK ID or Telegram and while you play, we process account data: your account ID in the external service, nickname, game progress, in-game purchases and match statistics. We need this data for the game to work: to save progress, match players, run leaderboards and prevent fraud.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law. Data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and related data at support@oldschoolarena.net.

Third-party services

The website links to RuStore and Telegram. When you follow these links, their own policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to support@oldschoolarena.net; we reply within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
